Shivani Sardana Vohra is the Group Vice President of Business Finance in Talent Solutions at Innova Solutions. Along with her team, Shivani oversees the budgeting of each P&L for sales leaders and recruiters, conducts variance analysis, reconciles financial statements, and sets KPIs. She helps identify gaps in the business and drives results through key financial metrics and quantitative analysis. In addition, Shivani leads Innova’s Internal Audit team as well as the Procurement department. As a key member of the company’s DE&I committee, Shivani also guides Innova’s corporate social responsibility strategy and serves as an advocate for women professionals.

Launching the Innova Foundation in 2013 alongside her mom and sister, Shivani helped define its mission to serve communities in need while crafting an impactful strategy for global outreach. Over the past decade, she has expanded on that mission with a primary focus on improving the communities that Innova’s employees are a part of. The impact has been tremendous, as the sheer number of such communities has compounded with Innova’s exponential growth across Europe, North America, and APAC.

Today, Shivani continues to play a critical role in guiding the foundation’s initiatives and furthering its mission. She has spearheaded partnerships with several community organizations, including the TGI Tech Program, where she volunteered as a mentor and SAT prep tutor as a teen.

Shivani is also passionate about giving back to communities across the globe. In India, she champions the organization’s support of The Earth Saviours Foundation—a New Delhi-based NGO that affords essentials to more than 1,300 abandoned senior citizens while promoting social consciousness and environmentalism. With Shivani’s guidance, the Innova Foundation provides food each day for The Earth Saviours’ residents and sponsored the purchase of a solar power generator to provide green energy for the facility. Also in the region, the Innova Foundation partners with Akshaya Patra to provide two free meals for each student in the foundation’s adopted elementary schools. This initiative is critical as it provides motivation for children to attend school and enables them to receive the education they need to grow into the leaders of tomorrow.

Under Shivani’s guidance, the Innova Foundation has deepened its commitment to addressing gender violence by forging a strategic partnership with Apna Ghar. Located near her home in the Chicagoland area, this esteemed nonprofit works tirelessly to combat gender violence within Asian communities and beyond. This past year, Shivani collaborated with the organization to enhance the educational opportunities available to Apna Ghar’s community.

Shivani holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Finance from Wharton Business School. She currently resides in the Chicagoland area with her husband and two children.
