Robert is one of the founding Principals of CoreOne Indstrial LLC, with over 23 years of experience in the real estate and corporate consulting world.  Since CoreOne’s inception in 2020, Rob has led CoreOne’s Investment initiative supporting the growth of CoreOne to over 2 million sq ft of assets under management.

Prior to CoreOne, Robert was the VP of Real Estate for Cenveo Corporation (“CVO”), which is currently the largest converter of envelopes in North America.  During Rob’s tenure with CVO, he oversaw all aspects of CVO’s 7.5 million sq. ft. real estate portfolio with over 100 facilities nationwide. Prior to joining CVO, Robert was Director at Corporate Properties. Rob also worked at Marcus & Millichap as a commercial real estate broker where he participated in underwriting, listing, negotiating, and sales of over $200 million worth of investment real estate.

In 2008, Robert obtained his Masters of Science from New York University’s Shack Institute of Real Estate, with a concentration in Finance and Investment. Additionally, he holds Bachelor of Science in finance with a minor in accounting from Marist College where he also played Division 1 soccer.
