Richard Rowe is the President and CEO of The Headquarters Group, Inc. With a strong background in entrepreneurship and hands-on management experience, he has successfully guided the growth of new and existing companies and product categories. Richard’s expertise in the cannabis industry led him to found Oregon Global Distribution, Kalix CPN, NPK Industries, In and Out Gardens and Jefferson Soul Cannabis, where he has overseen the development and distribution of new products, managed cash flow and brand awareness, and built successful supply channels. He has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a double major in Finance and International Business from Massey University in New Zealand.
