Mike Polisky is a seasoned sports executive with leadership experience across professional and collegiate athletics. He currently serves as President of the Association of Pickleball Professionals (APP), overseeing the tour’s rapid national and international growth.

Polisky previously served as President and General Manager of the Chicago Rush (Arena Football League), where the team earned multiple AFL Organization of the Year honors. He later became President of Business Operations for the Chicago Wolves (AHL), driving major gains in sponsorship and media partnerships.

In collegiate athletics, Polisky spent over a decade at Northwestern University, ultimately serving as Athletics Director and helping to build the university’s “Chicago’s Big Ten Team” brand.

A graduate of the University of Iowa and a Crain’s Chicago Business “40 Under 40” honoree, Polisky is widely recognized for his leadership and innovation in sports business.
