Mike is the Founder and CEO of Simply Shenandoah – a 120-key, 640-acre wellness and nature resort being developed 90 minutes from Washington, DC. He is the creative vision for the project and leads day-to-day activities after realizing in 2018 that his personal mission was to connect humanity to transformational experience. Previously, Mike spent fifteen years managing hedge fund assets, and ten years in technology and management consulting. He has held founding board member roles in two community non-profits serving urban at-risk populations in the DC area, and has deep experience with trauma. In 1992, Mike graduated with distinction from Cornell University’s College of Engineering and lives near the Simply Shenandoah site with his family.
