Melissa Hart is part of the broadband investing team at Pello Companies, a family office with a portfolio focused on digital infrastructure, connectivity, and next-generation broadband platforms. Her work sits at the intersection of capital strategy, public-private infrastructure needs, and emerging connectivity models, including the evaluation of fiber, wireless, and other infrastructure opportunities.

As part of her work with Pello, Melissa supports corporate development across the firm’s broadband portfolio, with a current focus on XNET, an infrastructure company building neutral-host connectivity through secure, carrier-grade Wi-Fi offload. XNET reflects a broader shift in broadband investing toward models that improve coverage, monetize existing networks, and create new revenue opportunities across carriers, real estate, and venue ecosystems.

Melissa also brings experience in digital access, connectivity strategy, and partnership development. She earned her BA from Duke University and holds a master’s degree.
