

Kathleen McCauley
Kathleen (Kathy) McCauley, Ph.D., P.E. is the President of McCauley Mechanical Construction, Inc., a 99-year old, full-service mechanical contracting company headquartered in Bridgeview, IL that was founded by her great grandfather. In 2024, she started as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago teaching Family Business Management to undergraduate students. Her current community givebacks include service as a trustee for the Pipe Fitters UA local 597 Pension/Health & Welfare funds and as a member of the non-profit foundation arm of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), an internationally-recognized trade association. The only female president in the history of the MCAA’s oldest local affiliate, Kathy helped the national organization establish its Women in the Mechanical Industry Initiative
