Jamie launched Eagle Infinite in 2012 and has since originated and executed $150M+ of residential investments in select markets with a focus in Chicago. Eagle Infinite oversees the Eagle OZ program–a group of Opportunity Zone funds building hundreds of new multi-family units in Chicago’s historic Bronzeville neighborhood. Most recently Eagle Infinite acquired a $30M portfolio of 200 multifamily units in Chicago’s Hyde Park and Bronzeville neighborhoods with the intent to merge the portfolio into a new DST offering, following value-add efforts. Prior to establishing Eagle Infinite, Jamie spent 10 years employed by Smart Centres, one of Canada’s largest developers of commercial property as Director of Finance. In this role, Jamie managed the development of commercial real estate valued in excess of $3Band generating income of $250M annually. Jamie has a Dean’s List Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Charter) designation in February 2004.
