Grant Schuster is an entrepreneur and manufacturing executive with a sharp focus on innovation, scalable growth, and long-term asset value creation in tightly regulated and high growth industries. He is the co-founder and CEO of Accelerant, where he leads a team pioneering advanced hardware solutions that enable onshore production. Over several ventures, he has raised nearly $50MM through both debt and equity offerings. And currently manages over $20MM in deployed assets across the country. 

In 2024, Grant led the investment of Accelerant into a Switzerland-based technology company for onshoring production of commodity, specialty, and novelty products currently made by hand. This technology is being launched with a 110,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the Quad Cities.

Before Accelerant, Grant had annual P&L responsibility of over $150MM and he led the design and construction of over $100MM of Controlled Environment Agriculture and state-of the art manufacturing facilities.  In addition he has had an active role in developing dozens of product formats with over 500 active SKUs. 

Grant holds a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with concentrations in Marketing, Organization & Management and Real Estate.
