Erik Conrad is the Founder and CEO of InCommercial Property Group and brings over two decades of leadership in real estate investment and operations. With 23 years as a licensed real estate broker, he has been directly involved in more than 3,000 net-leased transactions and has overseen the allocation of more than $5 billion into a diverse range of real estate projects.

Mr. Conrad has hands-on experience across the full real estate lifecycle—from concept development and capital formation to financing, asset management, and disposition. He has successfully owned and operated assets in multiple sectors, including retail, multifamily, hospitality, and office. As a testament to his alignment with investors, he maintains a financial interest in every active partnership under InCommercial’s management.

A former board member of the Chicago chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Erik remains deeply engaged in business leadership and innovation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from Northwestern University in 2001.
