Dr. Kelly Mohs Gage

Family Member of Hotel Raddison and TGI Fridays; Carlson FO and Foundation; Director of Advancement, Nomi Network

Dr. Kelly Mohs Gage is a next-generation philanthropist who bridges family values with innovative approaches to maximize philanthropic impact. With over 20 years of experience in academic institutions, foundations, and NGOs, she currently serves as Senior Director of Transformational Gifts at Nomi Network, an anti-trafficking organization operating in Cambodia, India, and the United States. Kelly left her tenured professor position to join Nomi Network’s development team after serving on the board for several years. As a founding board member of the Carlson Family Foundation, Kelly helped formalize the foundation’s structure and processes during its startup phase. Drawing from her multi-generational family philanthropy experience, she offers strategic guidance to philanthropists seeking transformational change. She believes lasting impact occurs when passion connects with purpose, and she actively raised her children in her social justice work, creating meaningful cross-generational connections to amplify legacy and draw them into their own purpose.
