Dr. Brent Anderson is a lifelong educator with over 25 years of experience dedicated to improving student success and strengthening public education. Throughout his career, he has served in a wide range of roles—including junior high school principal, high school assistant principal, dean of students, department chair, and social studies teacher—in districts across the Chicagoland area.

Driven by a deep belief in the power of education to transform lives, Dr. Anderson has spent the past six years as an AVID Implementation Strategist, supporting schools and districts in Chicago, downstate Illinois, and the Kansas City metro area. In this role, he partners with educators to implement the AVID College and Career Readiness Framework with fidelity—building instructional capacity, supporting student achievement, and helping schools create pathways to long-term success.
