Cliff Booth is the Founder and Chairman of Westmount Realty Capital, LLC. A Montreal native, he holds degrees from McGill University and the London School of Economics. Since relocating to Dallas in 1979, Cliff has grown Westmount from a local firm into a nationally recognized real estate platform spanning multiple U.S. regions.

With more than 40 years of industry experience, Cliff is widely recognized as an innovative investor, particularly as an early pioneer in infill industrial properties and cold storage. His relationship-driven and time-tested investment approach continues to attract long-term U.S. and international capital partners.

In addition to his business leadership, Cliff serves as a Governor and active member of the Urban Land Institute and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events, where he shares insights on real estate investment, market evolution, and long-term value creation.
