Adam Heller is the Managing Partner of Oakwood Circle Ventures, a family office focused on investing in healthcare technology and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to his role as Managing Partner, Adam spent 17 years as an investment banker focused on M&A and capital raising advisory services. During those 17 years, Adam completed over 75 M&A and capital raise transactions worth an aggregate value of over $8.0 billion. He spent the majority of career advising clients in the healthcare technology and services industries.

Prior to Oakwood Circle Ventures, Adam was a Managing Director at Ziegler’s Healthcare Investment Banking practice.  Prior to Ziegler, Adam was a Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance and a Senior Analyst at William Blair’s Healthcare Investment Banking practice.  He began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Debt Private Placements group. Adam also held internships at JP Morgan Chase and Water Street Healthcare Partners.

Adam graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.  He resides in the Roscoe Village neighborhood in Chicago with his wife and three young children.
