Robyn Siers

Partner & Co-Founder, Speed M&A by Jones & Spross, PLLC

Robyn began her career as a Product Manager at Trilogy Software, where she built InsuranceOrder.com, later sold to Marsh & McLennan. That experience gave her a rare dual perspective: the discipline of productizing efficiency at scale and the firsthand reality of selling a business.

After years on the business side, she pivoted to law, earning her JD from UC Berkeley and practicing at Cooley LLP in venture fund formation and M&A, advising investors, founders, and operators.

Drawing on her dual perspective—operator and lawyer—Robyn recognized that M&A law was ripe for disruption. As a partner at Jones & Spross, she reimagined the deal process: delivering Big Law caliber execution with boutique-level pricing and efficiency, leveraging technology, repeatable playbooks, and global teams.

What began as a redesigned approach to M&A became a proof point in scale—75 acquisitions in 18 months for one client, with an average 30-day LOI-to-close and a 95% success rate. That success became Speed M&A™: a model built to close deals faster, more cost-effectively, and with greater certainty.

Today, Robyn advises hundreds of buyers, sellers, and PE platforms on everything from structuring to pipeline strategy, LOIs, and deal execution playbooks—proving that speed isn’t just a process, but a true competitive advantage in M&A.
